” The guitar is
painted with Montana symbolism. The gallus frame on the front
shows how the economy has primarily depended upon our wealth of
natural resources. Such industries frequently overshadow natural
wonders within Montana such as the Beartooth range behind the
silhouetted frame. The sides of the instrument illustrate
Ponderosa Pines, our stat tree. On the back, a swallow returns
to its nesting just as many Montanans continually feel the
gravitational pull of home. “
