NOVA spins some barnyard fun with 'Charlotte's Web'
by Jaci Webb
Mar 10, 2016
Join Fern, Wilbur and, of course, Charlotte as they spin a story about friendship and life on the farm in the new youth production, “Charlotte’s Web,” at NOVA Center for the Performing Arts.
The play, produced by the Youth Conservatory at NOVA, opens Friday, March 11 and runs through March 20. The classic children’s story about friendship features the young girl Fern, and her pig, Wilbur, and Templeton the rat.
The show is directed by DeLaney K. Hardy. It follows the story of how Wilbur, the runt of the litter, overcomes this and shows the world, or at least the county, that he is “some pig!”
Evening performances begin at 7 p.m. and matinee shows start at 2 p.m. Call the theater at 591-9535 for specific dates and show times or tickets. You can also visit NOVA’s website at novabillings.org or stop by the box office located at 2317 Montana Ave.
Tickets prices for Youth Conservatory shows are $16 for adults and $11 for students/seniors and active military.
